How long will it take to receive my order?

For orders within Kerala, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days after shipping. For orders outside Kerala, delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. You can find more detailed estimated delivery times on our Shipping Information page.

Do you offer home delivery across Kerala?

Yes, we provide home delivery throughout Kerala with our courier partners, DTDC and the Post Office, ensuring that our fresh Kollam-sourced cashews reach you wherever you are in the state.

What is the quality of your products?

We are committed to providing only fresh, high-quality cashews. You can feel confident in our products, and we invite you to check our customer feedback for reassurance.

Is COD Available?

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Our products are shipped through the Post Office and DTDC courier, which do not support COD. Although the Post Office provides a VPP (Value Payable Post) option, it includes additional charges alongside the shipping fee, which we do not cover. Therefore, we are unable to offer VPP as well.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Additionally, we offer UPI as an alternative payment option for your convenience and security.
